Keith Sharpe – Owner Keith Sharpe founded Goal Projects in 2001. Keith’s work at Goal Projects consists of the construction of many residential homes and alterations; mostly in the higher end market at golf and  secure estates. Commercial projects include an office block for Barkley Oates, Courtenay Street George; wards upgrade and a new entertainment area at Harry Comay Hospital; classrooms at Heidedal primary school; a hostel and classrooms at Glenwood Private School. Keith is intent on producing buildings of superior quality; and the success of this is borne out by the numerous referrals from past clients.  They remain friends’ for decades after the project is completed! Carmen Sharpe – Project Manager Carmen joined the Goal Projects team in 2013. Despite this being a male dominated industry, Carmen has proven that there is no room for stigma if one sets your mind to achieving your goals. She has excelled within the industry and has taken over project management responsibilities with ease. She has since obtained a qualification in project management from UCT. She has familiarised herself with all aspects relating to construction, and has on occasion proven that physical labour is not above her scope of abilities! Carmen brings with her a keen eye for detail and much needed focus in an industry where chaos can sometimes take the upper hand. Carmen has a Degree from UCT as well as an Honours Degree from UNISA; both in the Social Sciences. She brings that academic flavour to the table in dealing with the inevitable people challenges in construction.

James Booysen – Site Manager James has been part of the Goal Projects Team since 2003. James has a diploma in Electrics and over the years, has built up a number of courses relevant to the industry. He is responsible for the management of the labour force, sub- contractors and setting out of the construction site. James has proved himself an excellent Site Manager; having accumulated a large amount of industry knowledge as well as building and maintaining relationships with the work force, enabling the productivity and quality control of Goal Projects sites to always be of a high standard.

Carol Endres – Administrator Carol has been working for Goal Projects for the last decade as the administrator. This loyal staff member is always willing to go the extra mile for the workforce. She is diligent every day, and her attention to detail adds tremendous value to the team. Tasks include general admin and daily running costs of the business. Carol ensures that Goal Projects adheres to all legal requirements and that the office runs smoothly.
